Volvo Ocean Race - Wellington

Great finish to the third leg of the Volvo Ocean Race in Wellington today.
I was there to see them in at midnight last night, unfortunatly the wind dropped off to nothing and the leading boats came in around 2pm this arvo.

Moviestar took the line honours by 8 seconds - the closest finish ever in the history of the race. Amazing to see these ocean goers match racing to the finish line, managed to get onto the ferry for an alright vantage point.

I got to follow pirates in through the harbour with Konica manolta (AKA Zana) shaddowing them.

Photos coming soon!!
