Found this throughDave Farrar a top Kiwi blogger, politically I really have to disagree strongly with him on many things but he does provide a great space to debate NZ politics, as well as putting forward a valid and usually well though out point of view.

Anyway the blog in question is NZAID and should provide a view of what grass roots NGO and Aid work is all about.
